My story

Name: AuggieBreed: Rough-Coat Terrier Mix (Jack Russell/Rat Terrier?)Sex/Age/Weight: Male – 1 year old – 22 lbsVetting: Up to date on vaccines, neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative and on preventatives.House trained/Crate Trained: Yes/Still learning!Dogs/Cats/Children: Selective- may do best with slow introductions/No felines/Loves children!Energy Level: Medium- the best of both worlds! Before FAR/My History: Before coming to FAR, Auggie was a stray picked up by the Macon-Bibb shelter. Now, he’s ready to find his forever family!Training Status/Commands I know: Auggie knows sit. Working on: Leash manners, Down, Place, and Crate comfort.Things I like: Loves walks and exploring outdoors. Enjoys playtime and adventures. Also, a big fan of couch snuggles and chill time. Things I don’t like: Auggie doesn’t like being alone, therefore his ideal home would be with a family who can give him lots of love, attention, and playtime. In return, he’ll bring endless joy, affection, and that big happy terrier personality into your life.Things that make my humans happy: Auggie is absolutely cute, happy, and full of joy!Ideal Family/Home: Auggie would thrive in a loving family home where he gets plenty of playtime, walks and outdoor fun, and tons of snuggles and affection. Special Notes: Could Auggie be the missing piece to your family? He’s ready to meet you, smother you in kisses, and start his next adventure—this time, with a forever family to call his own.If you are interested in giving Auggie a forever home, please visit the link below to fill out an application! http://fureverafterrescue.org/adoption-application.html It is best to submit an application through a computer.
