My story

Hi! My name is Littles and I am available for adoption.I am a shy, undersocialized girl who needs a patient family who is willing to take time to get to know me. I need a calm, quiet enviorment to settle into. Due to my shyness of suspicion of new people, I am best suited to an adult only household where my body language will be clearly understood. It is important that my new family understands that working with me will be a process because I`ve only ever known my former familys backyard. The world is big, new and scary for a girl like me. While in the shelter, I have been going to playgroup with older, more socialized dogs and it`s really helped me gain confidence and improve my people-skills! I went from not wanting to be touched at all to copying my friends when they ask humans for attention and petting. Having a people-friendly, easy-going dog to learn from in my new home will help me come around faster and feel more at ease. It`s always a good idea for resident dogs to meet me here in the shelter first if possible. I am a medium sized dog, I weigh about 42lbs. It is unknown if I will get bigger, I am 7 months old and may still grow a bit.You can visit me at the Pet Adoption Center on weekdays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
