Meet this gem of the shelter, Rubi! Q: Does Rubi have experience with dogs?A: She was in a home with another dog previously. Before entering foster care, she met the foster`s dog, and did very well. Have a dog at home? Bring them to meet her! Rubi`s foster home also has cats, and Rubi is fine with them as well.Q: How does Rubi show affection?A: She wags her tail excitedly and enjoys a nice gentle pet.Q: How would you describe Rubi?A: Rubi is a gentle giant. She can take some time to feel comfortable when meeting new people, but food is the key to her heart! She is gentle, sweet, and has a playful side.Q: What are some of staff’s favorite things about Rubi?A: For such a big girl she has really good manners! She is super smart and impresses us all the time!Q: What type of treats does Rubi like?A: She enjoys just about anything you offer to snack on! She likes fruit, hot dogs, cookies, and popcorn!Q: What does Rubi do well?A: For her size, she walks really well on leash! She greets people nicely and does not jump on them.
