Babba

My story

Babba is a 9-year-old sweetheart whose world was turned upside down when his family moved away and left him—along with several other dogs—behind in the yard. Thankfully, kind neighbors and caring community members on the Navajo reservation have stepped in to make sure he and his canine friends had food and water. Despite everything, Babba’s spirit remains gentle and kind. He’s lived peacefully with many dogs over the years (there were once 12 in total!) and has proven to be easygoing with other canines. While he can be a tiny bit shy at first, it doesn’t take long for him to warm up—show him just a little love, and he’ll melt right into your heart.   With winter coming, Babba desperately needs a safe, warm home—whether that’s a foster or forever family. At 9 years old, he’s past the chaos of puppyhood and ready to enjoy quiet companionship, cozy naps, and all the love you have to give. If you can open your heart and home to this gentle boy, please complete an application at www.circle2rescue.com. Babba appears to be a shepherd/cattle dog mix but being a rez pup he certainly has many other breeds mixed in. He is med to large and approximately 70 pounds.
