My story

If you’d like to meet with Auggie, he is available via our Operations Director’s office.Auggie is the kind of kitty who can fit in anywhere! He’s full of cheer and love, and he can never get enough attention. Equal parts snuggly and playful, Auggie spends his days batting around balls and kicker toys, and he happily gets the zoomies with his favorite treasures. When playtime winds down, he’s ready to curl up on top of you and purr his heart out. He even enjoys being picked up, and if you feed him, he’ll love you all the more.Auggie does have some special needs after a past injury to his jaw and face. As a result, he has lost vision in one eye, may have some hearing loss, and seems to have mild nerve damage that affects skin sensations. But Auggie doesn’t let that slow him down. He navigates his world like a pro and continues to live life with joy and curiosity.Come meet Auggie, and you’ll see for yourself what a precious and resilient sweetheart he is.
