My story

  Meet Lil Pickles – 11 Pounds of Pure Love!   Just one week ago, this sweet little soul was found cowering under a bush in Nashville, TN, scared and alone. Thankfully, a kind couple took him in, and in no time, Lil Pickles realized he was safe. Since then, he’s been blossoming into the happiest, most loving boy.  At about 2 years old and 11 pounds, Lil Pickles is a classic Chihuahua with a big heart packed into a small body. He’s fit right in with the four dogs in his foster home, playing gently and enjoying their company, and he would likely be just as welcoming to a cat. Pickles is anexcellent houseguest—quiet, well-mannered, and a quick learner. He adores his crate and uses it like his own private bedroom, retreating there for naps and quiet time. His foster family says he’s handled the dog park like a pro, sticking close by but soaking up all the attention from new friends. In fact, he was the park’s star attraction!   He’s happiest when curled up with you, especially if there’s a blanket involved. His little legs can’t quite get him into your lap without help, but once there, he’ll snuggle right in, wiggling with joy. Lil Pickles loves treats, gives the sweetest kisses, and will roll over for belly rubs like he’s known you forever.  This tiny gentleman is perfect on a leash, easy to handle, and full of love to give.
