My story

Meet Tink! Tink is still new to us, and we’re learning more about her every day. What we do know is that this sweet girl has had a rough start in life. She previously lived outdoors in unsanitary conditions with many other dogs, which has left her a bit nervous and under-socialized. Despite her past, Tink has shown us that she is not aggressive—just a little shy and in need of patience and understanding. Tink is not yet housetrained, but she does know how to use potty pads. She gets startled easily by new noises and feels most comfortable in a calm, quiet environment. Because of this, Tink would do best in a home without children, with a securely fenced yard, and with a family who can give her the time and space she needs to decompress. She needs time to feel comfortable around new dogs, so patient and gradual introductions will help her the most. She may be a bit picky with food, but with love, consistency, and gentle guidance, Tink has the potential to blossom into a wonderful companion. She’s just waiting for the right person to show her what it means to feel safe and loved. Tink currently weighs about 20 lbs., is approximately 2 years old (est. birth date 02/21/2020), and her adoption fee is $315. Tink has been spayed, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped.
