Baby Girl

My story

Baby girl was found as a stray with an ear infection, skin issues, and a mass cell lump on her leg. She was a volunteer favorite at the Animal Foundation, but her time was up. We pulled her into rescue. She was living in a foster home, but her lump started splitting and oozing. It wouldn't heal so we made the decision to have it removed. We were concerned because her lymph nodes were inflamed which is an indicator of possible cancer but living life with a constantly infected wound is no way to live either. The lump was removed, and she is none the worse for wear. She loves life and still plays with the other pups every chance she gets. She loves her Kong toy and playing tug of war with her dog friends. She's still very spirited and loves a good run in the yard. We don't know how much time she has left...6 months or 5 years but she is about 9 or 10 now and we want her to have the best possible final chapter we can give her. Are you up for the task?
