My story

Hi, I’m Acura! I’m a sweet, spunky, and curious girl. My mom was rescued on the side of the road in rural NC. She was grieving next to her two pack mates that had been hit by a car. The nice family who rescued her had no idea she was pregnant with eleven puppies. Once we were born, we were transported by amazing volunteers to PA. I’m in an incredible foster home now who follows proper puppy culture protocols to make us the best puppies and adult dogs we can be! I am up to date on vaccines and microchipped. I’ll be ready to go home at 9 weeks old on 9/14/25. Per my adoption contract I must be spayed by 6 months old. The rescue will pay for it at an approved partner vet clinic or will pay $200 towards the price of my spay at your own vet. I am currently outside of Pittsburgh, PA but can be transported to my perfect family by volunteers! I hope to meet you soon!
