My story

Toby – ID 12980 – Kennel 303 – – American Pit Bull Terrier mix – Male, neutered – – Tan & white – 2 years old – 38 lb – – Arrived Aug 19 – – Up to date on vaccines – Heartworm negative – Toby is just the cutest boy, with a gentle soul that shines through his sweet eyes. At 2 years old, he carries himself with a calm, well-mannered presence that makes him a joy to be around. Though a little shy at first, his sweetness quickly wins you over, and he’ll happily sit for a treat with the softest wag of his tail. With his perfect 38-pound frame and his tan-and-white coat, Toby is as handsome as he is kind. He’s the kind of dog who just wants to be close to you and share quiet companionship, making him a wonderful match for a family or anyone looking for a loyal friend. Toby is waiting patiently for the day he can leave the shelter behind and walk out the door beside the people who will finally call him theirs. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
