Meet Penelope – The Sweet & Shy Little Lady 🐄💖 Penelope is a medium-haired beauty with the cutest black-and-white cow pattern and fur as soft as velvet. She’s scheduled to be spayed on August 28th and is ready to find her forever family! Though timid at first, Penelope has a gentle soul. She was the last of her five siblings to be rescued from the backyard, and because she spent more time on her own outdoors, she’s understandably shy. With patience, kindness, and a little time to build trust, Penelope blossoms into an affectionate, loving kitty who will happily reward you with purrs (and maybe a little drool—she drools a lot when she’s happy!). She gets along wonderfully with other cats and could thrive in a calm home where she can feel safe. Loud noises can startle her, so a quieter environment would be best. 💌 Penelope’s Favorites Toy: She loves to chase little balls. Nap spot: Curled up in a quiet place all to herself. Treats: All of them! She’s a treat enthusiast. Silliest quirk: That adorable drooling when she’s extra content. Currently, Penelope eats Purina Kitten Chow dry food and 9Lives canned kitten food. If you’re searching for a sweet, soft, and special companion who just needs a patient adopter to show her the world is safe, Penelope might be your girl.
