She was recently surrendered by her previous owner, who was unable to take her along during an out-of-state move. Now, Phoebe is ready for a fresh start and a forever home full of love. While Phoebe can get a little excited and may jump up to say hello, she’s already enrolled in the prestigious Arkansas Paws in Prison Foundation program to work on her manners and learn some impressive new tricks!
