How this pet arrived: Cecil was brought into our care on August 15, 2025. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Cecil, a gentle, shy soul who's quietly hoping for a patient and loving home. He may take some time to come out of his shell, but once you've earned his trust, Cecil will lean into your hand, soaking up every bit of affection. He enjoys calm environments and gentle pets, and with a little time and understanding, he'll reward you with quiet companionship and a heart full of love. Cecil is keeping his paws crossed for someone special who sees the sweet, sensitive cat behind his cautious eyes-and is willing to give him the chance he deserves.
