My story

Meet Sterling Sterling is a 3-month-old female kitten who, along with her five siblings, was rescued from a very difficult start in life. Once skinny and malnourished, she is now healthy, thriving, and up to date on all her vaccines. Sterling is a striking dark gray and white beauty with a soft, sweet personality. She can be a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, she quickly warms up and shows her affectionate side. She loves to be held and cuddled, and is perfectly content to curl up in your lap for quiet companionship. Playtime is also important to her—Sterling enjoys batting around her toys, chasing her siblings, and running through the house. Other times, she’ll sit back to calmly observe the action, showing her thoughtful and gentle nature. At the end of the day, she loves nothing more than snuggling up with her brothers and sisters for a cozy nap. Like all HART kittens under 6 months old, Sterling will be adopted as part of a pair so she can continue to grow and thrive with a friend. She will do best in a home without small children or dogs, where her sweet and gentle personality can shine. If you’re looking for a loving, lap-cat-in-the-making, Sterling could be the perfect addition to your family! HART recommends kittens 6 months of age and younger be adopted in pairs. All HART kittens and cats are vet checked, combo tested, spayed or neutered, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, and on flea and tick preventative.
