Romeo

My story

Romeo is a young, fun loving sweet guy looking for a good home. Romeo would do best with a large yard for him to play in as he is an active boy, though this is not a must. Romeo would be ok with other dogs but would prefer a home with no cats. He loves his toys especially anything that squeaks and he can fetch. Romeo is a big people guy and enjoys spending quality time whether playing or just hanging out, he is eager to just be with his people. He is currently working on his leash etiquette but has been making progress walking on leash. Romeo would make a great addition to a home where he can show what a good boy he is. ________ We are guessing that two-year-old Romeo is a is a husky / GSD mix. He was picked up running stray several times. In each instance, he joined folks walking along the bike path, walking along with them! After so many times being picked up, caring shelter staff decided to help him find a home that would take better care of him... He has both husky and GSD qualities. He's very friendly, knows lots of commands, and is very eager to please. He needs work on leash walking. He has been matched to Handsome Dan's Rescue Enrichment Specialist Matt who started Romeo's training right away.
