My story

Meet Jax, a one-year-old, 56 pound mixed breed pup with the sweetest brown eyes and a tail that never stops wagging! Jax was rescued after being left behind and spending time as a stray in Clovis, NM. Despite his rough start, he hasnâ&#194&#128&#194&#153t let that dull his bright personality or gentle nature. Heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s healthy, up to date on all vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped â&#194&#128&#194&#148 ready for his forever home. Jax is a playful and curious boy who loves exploring outside, going on walks, and spending time with his favorite people. He has an easygoing energy level â&#194&#128&#194&#148 happy to play when you are, but also content to settle down for a cuddle session. Heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s great with kids and does well around other dogs, especially when introductions are done properly. With a patient, loving family, Jax will thrive. He would do best in a home that can give him daily walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. Heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s crate-trained, doing very well with house training, and already picking up basic commands. Jax is smart, food-motivated, and eager to learn, so continued training will be both fun and rewarding. Because of his young age, heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153ll benefit from consistency and structure as he continues to grow into the wonderful dog heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s meant to be. His ideal home would be one that provides companionship and stability â&#194&#128&#194&#148 something he hasnâ&#194&#128&#194&#153t had much of in the past.
