How Milkshake arrived:Milkshake was brought in by a community member. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Milkshake, a shy but sweet pup looking for his next adventure in life! Milkshake was initially fearful when he arrived to our care, but with lots of patience & tasty treats, he has started to come out of his shell and share his affectionate and playful personality. His next owner should be prepared to go at his pace as he adjusts to his new home. Milkshake is still getting used to walking on leash, & will benefit from positive reinforcement training as he gets more comfortable. He also may thrive with another confident canine friend to help show him the ropes. If Milkshake sounds like your new best friend, come speak to an adoption counselor to learn more about him today! At SDHS:Milkshake is a Behavior Center Graduate! This means they've been working closely with our trainers to develop skills through behavior modification to be successful, though they may need a little extra care to continue their amazing progress. We're excited to share with you what they've learned and talk through how to help them get comfortable in this next chapter of their life!
