Frank

My story

Frank was discovered on 4th of July in the midst of all the firework madness! He was crying under a car and thankfully someone heard him. He was a little malnourished and weak but otherwise in good spirits! Frank knows how handsome he is! He has opinions, and isn't shy about sharing them. He is a rambunctious little guy who plays a little too rough with his foster siblings sometimes. He things he's a big guy, but when his older foster siblings play he can be intimidated! Frank is very independent but enjoys lounging by his people. His favorite toys are fuzzy mice and rattle balls! Frank would do best in a chill home. He is great with cats and even cat friendly dogs!
