My story

Snowball is a 3-year-old Maltese/Poodle mix who weighs just 11 pounds. This sweet little guy may need a few days to warm up in a new environment, but once he feels comfortable, he’ll quickly become your devoted shadow. He loves nothing more than being close to his person, whether curled up on a lap or snuggled next to you on the couch. Snowball enjoys belly rubs, car rides, and short walks. He’s currently living with an 80-pound dog and does well with him, and he pays no mind at all to the cats in his foster home. Because he can be sensitive to a lot of activity, Snowball will do best in a calmer home without young children. Like many small dogs, Snowball is still working on his house training, so his future family will need to continue helping him with this. With patience, love, and a quieter household, Snowball is sure to blossom into the sweetest little companion. His minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
