Meet Sophia: The Sweetest Spud in the Patch Looking for a best friend built like a baked potato and packed with love? Say hello to Sophia — our short, stout, silly little staffy sweetheart, not quite 1 year old and already stealing hearts (and snacks). Sophia is what happens when you squish 50 pounds of personality into a 30-pound body. She’s a compact cuddle missile, with tiny legs, a round belly, and a wiggly butt that never quits. Though still a puppy, Sophia has the soul of an old lady who just wants to nap, snack, and be adored. She's friendly with people, working on her manners, and would thrive with someone ready to guide her as she grows into the confident potato queen she’s meant to be. Sophia also has experience living in a home, where she proved herself to be an amazing family dog. She was crate trained, mostly potty trained (with just the occasional accident, normal for her age), and lived peacefully with a cat, though she sometimes enjoyed a playful chase — so a tolerant, dog-savvy cat would be the best match. Thanks to that experience, we know even more about her, and it’s clear Sophia truly would be an incredible addition to the right family. She’s loving, adaptable, and full of joy. Whether you're looking for a snuggle buddy, a comic relief sidekick, or just the perfectly sized couch ornament, Sophia might just be your girl.
