My story

Gio’s eyes say it all—kind, gentle, and quietly hoping for a second chance. At just 2 years old, this soulful boy has already learned the value of calm companionship. Why Gio stands out: • Easy-going and people-focused—he loves being with his humans • Affectionate yet mellow, happy to relax by your side • Loves rolling in the grass and soaking up the sunshine What to know: Gio prefers to be the center of attention, so he’s looking for a home where he can be the only pet or with another laid back dog. He’s also not suited for a household with children. He’s not a fan of being in a crate, though he is good on the leash. He's completing a training program and doing great, but he'd like an adopter who will continue with his training. What Gio wants most is simple—a calm, loving home where he can feel safe, understood, and cherished.
