My story

Meet Murphy! This handsome 8-month-old husky/shepherd mix tips the scales at about 30 pounds and has the perfect blend of both breeds. Murphy has a wonderfully calm and laid-back energy that makes him a dream companion. Don’t get us wrong—he enjoys his walks and playtime—but his mellow demeanor makes him easy to train and eager to listen. Murphy was sadly dumped alongside his mom and sister, but he hasn’t let that dim his sweet spirit. He gets along beautifully with other dogs and kids, making him a fantastic addition to just about any family. With his gentle nature and steady personality, he’s the best of both worlds: adventurous when you’re ready to go, and content to relax when it’s time to wind down. Murphy is ready to leave his rough start behind and find his forever family—could it be yours?
