My story

Sweetness Once upon a time in San Antonio, a nice couple found a chihuahua who was heavily pregnant and wandering in our hot, hot summer. They were kind and took this little girl in and were blessed with 5 healthy baby chihuahuas in no time at all. Unfortunately, they were over their doggie limit and that led to the mom and her babies coming into God’s Dogs Rescue. They named the mama dog, Sweetness, and that is a name that fits her to a ‘T”. She is 9 pounds of love and attentiveness to her babies, while being friendly and loving to her foster family. She has given her puppies everything they need to have a great start in life and is starting to detach herself from them and allowing them more independence. Sweetness gets along well with the other small dogs in our home and loves to be outside and lay soaking up the sunshine. She especially loves scratches behind her ears and sitting in your lap while watching TV or just hanging out with you. Sweetness is in the process of getting her girlish figure back from being a mom to 5 little suction cups and is looking forward to having a home of her own and not having to face the streets of San Antonio again! Her adoption fee is $200 locally in Texas and $450 if she is transported to you which includes the transport fee and a temporary fuel surcharge.
