My story

This sweet boy’s story almost ended before it began. 💔 He was running as a stray in Beattyville, KY when someone threatened to kill him. Before we could get him to safety, he was hit by a car. Thankfully, an amazing local rescuer stepped in and kept him safe until he could join our program at FairyTails. 🐾 Despite everything, he is gentle and loving — great with cats and kids! Now he’s headed to the vet this week and will finally get the care he deserves. 💙So everyone welcome “Pickles”!! Thank you Diane for his name Sponsorship! Let’s show him he isn’t trash to be thrown away — he’s a treasure worth saving. ✨ 🐾✨ Hey guys, it’s me — Pickles! ✨🐾 Sooo… guess what? On Friday I saw Dr. Noble after my little run-in with that car a few weeks back before i made it into rescue (ouch 😣). She did an ultrasound and said I need to see a specialist. I was kinda bummed to hear that, but don’t worry — my FairyTails girls are already working on getting me an appointment! 💕 They told me lots of people have been calling and messaging about me (wow, you all make me feel so loved 🥹). So here’s my pupdate: 💊 I’m on all sorts of pills to help with me get better 🍲 I’m getting extra yummy food to put some weight on these skinny bones 🌙 The vet hasn’t told me my age yet… and honestly, I don’t really remember how many moons I’ve seen! I just wanted you to know I’m hanging in there and feeling pretty spoiled in the meantime. Thank you for cheering me on — I’ll keep you posted after I see my specialist! 🐶💛 Love, Pickles 🥒🐾
