My story

This smart, spunky 2-year-old Shih Tzu mix is full of personality and love. Oso is a social little guy who gets along well with dogs of all sizes. He’s still learning how to be the perfect gentleman around cats, but with guidance, he’s making progress. Oso is an expert at doggy kisses and would love a home with another playful pup to be his companion. He has plenty of energy for playtime, yet he’s just as happy snuggling up when it’s time to relax. Apartment or house—Oso will do well in either, but his foster mom notes that he enjoys “talking” with his bold little bark. He’s great on a leash and trots right along on walks, though his short legs may not make him the best jogging partner. Oso is eager to please and is doing wonderfully with his training. He’s working on basic commands like sit, down, and stay and is about 95% of the way to being fully potty trained. If you’re looking for a sweet, lively, and affectionate companion, Oso may be the perfect match for you! Oso is neutered, up to date on all vaccines, had a heart worm test, on heartworm preventative, de-wormed, and microchipped. Oso’s adoption fee is $375.00.
