My story

Xena is a 17 lb ,8 year old pug. Her family is downsizing into a multigenerational living situation and cannot bring their two personal pets. Xena met us at doggie daycare facility and did well in a room full of other dogs. She was friendly and sweet and wanted in laps. Xena has just one eye. She is a lovely dog and someone will be lucky to have her. A solid history of excellent vet care for current or previous pets is required. Preference will be given to applicants who have specific breed experience and own their own home. Adopters are encouraged to initiate their 30 days free pet insurance as soon as they take possession of the pet. Do this by calling PetFirst 855-710-7387 Adopters may also INITIATE transfer of the pet's microchip by going directly to the chip company's website and following instructions. Your adoption paperwork has the microchip #, company name and you have an adoption agreement showing transfer from rescue to individual.
