Hi! My name is Pudge and I am available for adoption!I am a sweet, loving girl looking for a cozy home to cuddle up with my family in.You can visit me at the Pet Adoption Center on weekdays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The Pet Adoption Center is located at 21615 64th Ave S, Kent, WA 98032.Come and visit me today, I`d love to go home with you!Your new pet received a basic physical exam, in addition to routine vaccines, deworming, and topical flea preventative, if indicated. Although your new pet is ready for adoption, there is always a possibility of additional medical conditions that have not been detected or may develop in the future. Current medical conditions are noted below.1) Dental disease - this patient has moderate tartar and some fractured teeth. She will likely benefit from a dental cleaning (under anesthesia) with possible extractions. Please follow up with your regular vet or a veterinary dentist.2) Dry eye/keratoconjunctivitis sicca in both eyes - both of her eyes have dry eye/KCS/keratoconjunctivitis sicca. This is where there is a lack of tear production. Causes include nerve damage, immune-mediated disease, infection, other. She will likely need eye medications for the rest of her life. Please follow up with your regular vet or a veterinary ophthalmologist.3) Corneal ulcers bilaterally - because of her dry eye, she has corneal ulcers in both eyes. She has been started on a topical antibiotic drop to treat these. Please follow up with your regular vet or a veterinary ophthalmologist.4) Otitis externa/ear infection - this patient has bilateral ear infections and her canals are closed. Her ears were cleaned and treated with a long acting antibiotic. She has been started on oral antibiotics. There may be an underlying allergy component. She will likely need further management/treatment or surgical options. Please follow up with your regular vet or a veterinary dermatologist.5) Pyoderma/skin infection - this patient has a skin infection on her belly, legs, face. She has been started on oral antibiotics, oral steroids, and an allergy medication (apoquel). There may be an underlying allergy component. She will likely need further management/treatment options.
