My story

Introducing Suzie Q! She was brought to the shelter on 8/2 because she was on a journey to find her way home and got lost. Sadly, no one has come to reclaim her. So she is on a quick search for a forever home that will keep her safe and secure so she doesn't have to experience a loud, overcrowded shelter ever again. Suzie Q is only 7 months old and weighs a mere 34lbs. The volunteers describe her as just the cutest and sweetest baby, eager to please. She is also a smart young lady as she knows to sit when asked for treats and she may know more. Please take some time and visit with her in Run 803; her ID is 12807. She is waiting for you! Please help her find her way out of the shelter and into your heart, home and family. Please keep in mind while it is magical and exciting to have a puppy in the family, it also comes with a lifetime commitment and a lot of work. Please make sure that you are willing and capable of taking care of a puppy. When choosing a forever pup, please make sure you have the proper space, energy, time, devotion, love, and lifestyle to make sure that Grizzly has the best upbringing possible. Suzie Q is current on vaccines, will be spayed and microchipped and tested negative for heartworms. Please take some time and schedule to meet this awesome kiddo and get to know her a little better. Suzie Q is probably what you have been looking for all this time. She is patiently waiting for her forever family to save her life. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heart worm or combo test and a microchip.
