Drifter

My story

This boy`s rescuer was behind a snow plow on a busy highway in Norfolk County during a very heavy snowfall last winter. He noticed a black bag in the snow drift as he was passing and didn`t think much of it until his return trip home. At this time, he was closer and traffic was slower due to the weather. He realized it was not a black bag but a black cat who had been plowed into the drift.He immediately stopped, brought the cat into the car, warmed him and brought him back to health.Over the year, Drifter proved to be a lovely, social kitty who just wants to be loved. He likes to sit and watch t.v., cuddle on the couch and enjoy the sun through the patio doors.With too many kitties now in the house, the rescuer came to SDHS looking for help to find Drifter a purrfect home. He is now FIV/Felv tested, vaccinated, neutered, flea treated and dewormed and yes, a purrfect fit for a family who likes a cat to follow them around the house and fall asleep with watching t.v.
