My story

Meet Katie! This spirited little lady is an 8-year-old, 12-pound Jack Russell Terrier mix with a big personality and even bigger heart. Katie was surrendered through no fault of her own, and she’s ready to find a loving forever home where she can shine. Though Katie doesn’t see or hear very well, you’d never guess it—she’s full of energy, always on the go, and keeps up with the best of them! She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, walks great on a leash, uses the doggy door like a pro, and absolutely adores car rides (as long as she’s with her person, of course). Katie recently had four large bladder stones removed and is recovering well. To keep her feeling her best, she’ll need to stay on a special diet to prevent new stones from forming. She’s also not shy about letting you know when it’s mealtime! Katie may be a little older, but she has so much love to give and is looking for someone who will adore her just the way she is.Could you be the one to give Katie her happily ever after? ❤️
