My story

Jack is a sweet boy who was exploring Cobb County looking for a forever home when he made his way to the shelter on 8/15/25. Volunteers describe him as a big Teddy bear. He is energetic, playful and quite smart. Jack knows multiple verbal commands including sit, stay, shake, other paw and lay down. He's truly a gem. Jack is excited and waiting in his run to meet his forever family. Jack weighs 62 lbs. and is UTD on vaccines. He has tested negative for heartworms. He will be neutered and microchipped upon adoption. Please stop by to meet Jack in run 827; his ID # is 12828. If this cat or dog came in as lost (not as an owner surrender), we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend.
