My story

Don’t let her size fool you, Annie might be a tiny Yorkie, but she’s got the spirit of a lion! This little lady has been through a lot in her past. Coming from a neglectful and abusive situation, Annie had to fight for every bite of food and even survived attacks from larger dogs. But despite it all, her heart is still open to love. Annie would thrive best in a calm, quiet home with no other animals. She’s deeply bonded to her person and wants nothing more than to be someone’s one and only. If you’re looking for a loyal sidekick who’s always down for snuggles, Annie is your girl. She loves to cuddle in her bed, burrow under the covers, and keep you company wherever you go. She’s used to using a doggie door, but her current foster home doesn’t have one, so she occasionally has an accident if her signals to go out aren’t picked up. (She says she’s working on perfecting her "take me out!" face.) Annie deserves a peaceful, loving home where she never has to worry again.
