My story

Looking for a cat that's as stunning as she is sweet? Meet Magnolia, an exquisite feline who resembles a beautiful Abyssinian. Her looks are just the beginning—her personality is pure gold. Magnolia is a gentle, affectionate cat who loves to be lavished with attention. She's a professional cuddler who will happily curl up on your lap and soak in all the love you have to give. When she's not getting pets, she enjoys a bit of playtime to burn off some energy. This amazing mama cat showed her true character when she was rescued from a brick column with her three newborn kittens. She patiently waited as her babies were carefully brought to safety, proving her unwavering devotion and trust. She has since raised her kittens, all while seeking out affection from her foster mom. Magnolia would thrive in a home where she can be the center of attention as the one and only cat. She has so much love to give and is ready to shower it all on her new family. We estimate her birthday to be August, 2023. Magnolia protected her three babies until their rescue in the Town of Poughkeepsie, NY.  Our required adoption donation is $150 per kitten or $125 per cat (older than 9 months). All our rescues are up to date on shots, microchipped, tested for FIV/FeLV/Heartworm. They are dewormed, treated for parasites and free of fleas. Each is spayed or neutered and given a rabies vaccination.  An application must be completed to be considered to adopt from Stray HELP.
