My story

Hi there! My name is Osaka and I'm at the Santa Barbara Campus. I'm a 3 month old Female Domestic Shorthair who came to SB Humane in search of a new caring home. Similar to the city for which I am so aptly named, I have many layers just waiting to be discovered. On the surface I may appear shy, but dig a little deeper and you'll find the kind of soulful heart they make Studio Ghibli movies about. Interested in meeting me? Adoption Centers are open daily 12-4:30pm, closed Wednesdays. Adoptions are on a first-come first served basis. For more information please email Adopt@SBHumane.org or call 805-964-4777. When I am adopted, I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. My adopters will receive a certificate for a free veterinary exam and our partners at Purina will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home. Our adoption fees help support our community programs and the next animal who needs our help!
