My story

This beautiful girl is Shirley! She arrived at the shelter as a lost dog on 8/13, and sadly, no one has come to reclaim her. We're shocked that no one is missing her because she arrived recently groomed, and she's sweet as can be! Shirley seems like a pretty low key girl, and she knows how to sit nicely when asked. If Shirley sounds like the new BFF you've been looking for please come meet her! Shirley is approximately 8 years old and is a medium-sized dog. She is UTD on vaccines, and did test negative for heartworms. She will be spayed and microchipped upon adoption. Shirley is waiting patiently in run 832; her ID # is 12781. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
