This lovely lady made her entrance as a stray, finding her way into a yard with both eyes ?? on the resident chickens ??. While she may be a bit dirty and in need of a spa day, her beauty still shines through!Bernadette is quite the character! According to the notes from the officer who rescued her, she displayed her playful stubbornness, putting on the brakes when it was time to jump into the truck. With a bit of teamwork, the homeowner and officer managed to lift Bernadette`s glorious 80lbs of dead weight into the vehicle and drive her safely to the animal shelter. After all, who would hesitate at the thought of hopping into a cozy air-conditioned animal control truck? Well, it seems Bernadette did! ??Bernadette has that classic, lovable St. Bernard charm: she`s calm, easy-going, and just a touch silly! She adores meeting new canine pals and welcomes them with an enthusiastic wag of her tail and a joyful bounce.This beautiful girl deserves a loving forever home where she can relax and be spoiled!
