My story

TYRANT - 1 1/2 years old, 50 pounds, house trained, friendly, playful   Surrendered when his owner no longer had time for him, Tyrant is a fun and friendly boy who loves tug of war and getting that puppy energy out!   His chunky body flops side to side when he walks. Half of his face is black, the only black on his body and he has a sweet smile. He is a looker!   When it comes to play, Tyrant is calm, gentle. He does not like rough play but he seems to really like other friendly social dogs. He has started in our shelter playgroup where he is one of the more social dogs! He greets every new dog and ends up licking them inside, outside, all around their muzzles! It is pretty cute to watch.  Tyrant also does not care if it is raining or muddy. Yes, he will roll in the mud! LOL *Please note, we vet dogs entering our playgroup, give them proper introductions and supervise.   Tyrant is still basically a puppy. He is house trained but might have an accident as he gets used to a new home. Please be patient.   Tyrant is also friendly and playful with children but has not lived with them. Slow and proper introductions are key.   He will react when behind a barrier and has some separation anxiety which both can be managed.   As a puppy, Tyrant has a few quirks like he is nervous in a car and nervous with new people who approach him. Again, slow and proper introductions are key.   Tyrant is hanging out in a back kennel for now. If you come in to meet him and don't see him, please just ask!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 29, 2025, 10:49 am
