My story

Meet Nala!!!Nala is a 1-year-old female with a gentle heart and a quiet charm. She came to us from another shelter and has been feeling a bit unsure in her new surroundings, but day by day, she`s beginning to open up.With patience and kindness, Nala is learning to trust. She’s started accepting gentle pets from staff and often chooses to stay close to her handler, showing she’s ready to form a bond. Treats have been a wonderful tool in helping build her confidence — she’s a smart girl who responds well to positive encouragement.Nala doesn’t have a known history with other dogs, but she has shown playful interest during some interactions, bouncing around and engaging in friendly ways. A meet-and-greet with any resident dogs is recommended to ensure a good match.Since Nala is still building confidence, she’ll likely need some extra time and understanding as she adjusts to a new home. A calm, supportive family will help her continue to grow. We recommend all household members meet her before adoption to ensure it’s the perfect fit.
