My story

Date of birth: 2/1/2023|A kind person shared on Facebook that a severely injured cat had appeared in her yard, clearly hurt, emaciated and distrustful of humans. We believed he was hit by a car, as he had a broken pelvis and fluid in his chest cavity. Through this plea, he was rescued and spent several months being nursed back to health. Over time, he learned that humans could be gentle and loving. He has more than doubled in weight, his broken bones have mended, and his eyes radiate trust and vitality instead of fear. Once wary and withdrawn, he's blossomed into a loving, lively, goofy companion full of affection and a zest for life. Though he's still mastering the art of &#194&#147not&#194&#148 gently biting during playtime, his eagerness to learn, connect, and play is what makes him truly endearing! Play is part of his physical therapy. Occasionally, he emits a guttural cough but that just means he needs to take a short breather before dashing off again; with time, it will fade. This resilient, tender-hearted, and at times, extremely funny kitty has been given a second chance at life and he's ready to be someone's lifelong buddy.
