My story

Meet Empress! This sweet girl will make you feel loved and cherished every single day. She’s the ultimate companion—happy to follow you around, curl up for a nap on the couch, or gently place her paw on you when she’s asking for more pets. With her soulful eye contact and curious little face-sniffs, she has a way of making you feel truly special. Empress loves to sniff and explore outside, and she’s already proven how smart she is by learning “sit” in no time—she’ll surely pick up lots of other commands with training. She’s wonderful with adults and kids, and unlike most pups, she doesn’t even mind having her paws touched! And of course, with her striking natural eyeliner, this girl is as beautiful as she is loving.All adoptable pets are spayed/neutered (or scheduled), vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to go home today! No pre-application or appointment needed—just bring a valid ID and walk in. Our adoption fees are among the lowest in Cincinnati!To meet our animals, visit our Northside shelters any day from 1–6pm. If listed as foster, email foster@cincycare.org to schedule a meet and greet. Adopting an adult dog with resident dogs or kids at home?
