My story
Meet Velvet, a sweet and friendly adult cat residing at our local shelter. Known for her gentle demeanor, Velvet has a knack for making everyone feel loved. She thrives in a calm environment and may be best suited for a family with children aged 10 and older, where she can receive the attention and care she deserves. From what we have observed at the shelter, she may do best as being the only cat in the home. At times, she has shown to be nervous and avoidant when seeing the other cats here. But she has done great when interacting with staff and volunteers. Adopting Velvet means bringing a bundle of joy into your home. Her affectionate nature will surely make her a beloved member of any family looking for a new furry friend.What I Need In a Home:* Kids 10+ mandatory* No other cats
