My story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.THIS animal listing is a COURTESY LISTING - not a 13th St Cat Rescue animal.See information about whom to contact in bio THANK YOU This is Bowie. He's a neutered male cat, about 3-4 years old, and in the prime of his life. He is a healthy and handsome guy, with a big, long, and strong body that's made for a life of play and companionship. Bowie looks like a purebred seal point Siamese. He was found wandering in downtown San Jose, and we suspect he might have belonged to a student who either let him out when the season ended or he got outside but he was unchipped and no owner stepped forward. He is now ready to find his real family! Bowie is super playful and incredibly smart, so he loves a good game and a good challenge. He enjoys roughhousing with other cats, but it's all in good fun - he is a great companion for a feline friend who likes to play hard. He likes to lap sit while you are working and cuddle in bed at night.  His litter box manners are perfect, and he knows exactly what scratching posts are for. Most of all, he loves to talk. He's friendly, funny, and a bit opinionated, so if you're looking for a cat who will be part of the conversation, he's your guy. Come meet him and see for yourself! Bowie is neutered, chipped, and fully tested with all his vaccines. Adoption Fee: The adoption fee is a $50 donation to the San Jose Woman's Club. For more information, please email bff@sjwomansclub.org.
