You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Maze was part of a hoarding case in Granville County being kept in very poor conditions. Maze is a bit skittish due to the conditions in which she was raised, but comes around slowly to her people. She was pregnant when she came and delivered 2 healthy babies and was a great mother to them. They are now weaned and Maze is ready for her new home. ************************************************************************ The adoption fee is $400, which covers  vetting, microchip and the spay/neuter surgery performed by a rescue-affiliated vet.  All dogs receive a wellness visit and are up to date on shots appropriate for age.  Breed and size is Pawfect Match Rescue's best guess and not guaranteed.
