Effie

My story

My foster writes: Effie is the cutest little guy who is looking for a home where he can run and play all day. He is affectionate, playful, curious, and very talkative. He definitely needs (wants!) a lot of attention and will meow for playtime, food, and cuddles.Effie loves other cats and would benefit from a household with another playful kitten or cat that will match his kitten energy. He also loves his humans and needs affirmation that you love him back through pets and playtime. So much playtime!!He still gets a little skittish by sudden movements and runs from being picked up. However, he recovers quickly and comes right back to you. When he is picked up he quickly remembers how much he loves cuddles, pets, and head scratches. He will melt with happiness!! Every now and then he needs some prompting to eat (tapping on bowl) as he gets distracted very easily (by you! His human!) but has a good appetite. He also warms up to new people fairly quickly! Some of his favorite toys are pens/pencils, the laser pointer, bell ball toys, toy mice, crumpled pieces of paper, springs, and anything that crinkles or rolls! He always wants to know what you're up to so watch out for those typos when he walks across your keyboard! And don't be alarmed when he is waiting for you right outside the bathroom door.Effie is the sweetest little kitten and will be a wonderful addition to a home where he will be frequently played with and utterly adored.
