QUEEN OF CALM, SOOTHING COMPANIONSHIP DOB 10/1/23 Hey there, everyone! I’m Winter, a sweet, very calm, gentle, loving Turkish Van mix gal, which means that I’m white except for a black cap on my head and black tail. I’m really quite a stunning beauty who will mesmerize you with my shiny gold-coin eyes. I adore sharing quiet moments with Foster Meowmy – especially when she gently rubs my belly. Boy howdy! Does that ever feel good! When she's not available, I’m quite content to pass the day basking in a patch of sunshine on the windowsill. It’s the perfect spot to watch “kitty TV” as squirrels scamper up the trees, birds fly by, and brazen lizards stare at me through the glass. I deserve to live a life of leisure because by the time I was 19 months old, I had already delivered two litters of kittens at an apartment complex in southwest Houston. In fact, my seven-month-old daughter Summer, who was born when I was a year old, and I gave birth to a total of nine kittens on the very same day in May! We merged our two litters so none of the kits know which of us is their momma or grandma. Summer and I raised our kittens together as true partners to insure that our kittens got the nonstop love and nurturing they needed to thrive. When the kits were six weeks old, a kind HOPE volunteer rescued all eleven of us from the apartments and brought us into foster care. Unfortunately, the kits were infected with a waterborne parasite called giardia, so they were skinny and dehydrated. Bless Foster Meowmy and HOPE because a prescription cured the giardia, and now all our beautiful kits are fat, healthy, and full of playful energy. Now that I'm permanently retired from motherhood, I’m ready to help my forever hooman family learn how to relax and chill out after a hard day at the office. Or perhaps you are retired and just need a peaceful, loving companion to share your quiet moments. In either situation, we might have a lot of fun, side-by-side on the sofa, as we binge on Netflix and Animal Planet. You just have to promise to give me an occasional belly rub to make my ecstasy complete. Arrange to meet me today! HOPE ID 25-0609-S040 Winter’s $100 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites.
