My story

Meet Mea West, a 9-year-old, 14-pound Maltese mix with a gentle spirit and a heart that’s slowly learning to trust again. She came to us as a stray, a bit nervous and unsure, but her sweet and calm nature shines through once you spend time with her. Mea West is a quiet girl who prefers a peaceful environment, and while she’s still a little shy due to the shelter setting, she hasn’t shown any kennel aggression. She’s also house trained, making her an easy and polite housemate. With patience, love, and a soft spot to call her own, Mea West is sure to blossom into a loyal and loving companion. Could you be the one to give this lovely lady her happily ever after? Adoption fee is: $200 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs. EIN # 46-5486022
