My story

Harry’s story is one of courage and hope. After a tough time living outdoors, this brave boy decided he’d had enough—and asked a kind stranger for help. Hungry and wounded, Harry was taken in and given the care he desperately needed. Today, his injury is nearly healed, his belly is full, and his spirit is shining brighter than ever. At around 2–3 years old, Harry is a gentle, affectionate cat who truly enjoys human company. He’ll happily curl up beside you, soak in your attention, and remind you how grateful he is for a second chance. He’s also friendly with other cats and would do well in a multi-cat household. Harry is FIV positive. Please don't let this discourage you from adopting him. FIV positive cats can live long, healthy lives and can even live with FIV negative cats. FIV positive cats should yearly vet visits. Harry is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and FIV positive. Interested in adopting, please complete an application at https://1by1catrescue.org/adoption-application/

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Harry, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
