My story

Meet Roscoe – the sweetest boy you’ll ever meet! Roscoe’s life hasn’t been easy. He was homeless and fending for himself until a kind woman began feeding him. One heartbreaking day, Roscoe came back to her injured—he had been shot in the front leg. She immediately reached out to us for help, and we rushed him to the vet. Sadly, the injury was severe. His leg was badly infected and filled with maggots, and the only way to save his life was immediate amputation. Thanks to quick action, Roscoe pulled through surgery and is now on the road to recovery. This brave boy is adapting beautifully as a tripod—he’s already running, playing, and enjoying life again! Roscoe is also heartworm positive and is currently undergoing treatment, but he is handling it like a champ.
