My story

Meet Kermit, a black and white tuxedo cat about a year old. Kermit was found on a gravel road,  in a wooded area in Reva. As luck would have it, one of our fosters had a rare evening off and suddenly her dogs were making a racket about something outside at midnight. She went outside to look and heard a wailing cat from the woods. After calling out to him, suddenly Kermit came bounding towards her. She picked him up and brought him inside. He stayed by her side al night, not wanting t leave her. He must've had a very frightening experience. Kermit was posted on a lost pet website and we contacted the shelter - no one reported him missing. Sadly, we are guessing he was dumped out in the middle of nowhere.Kermit is a total lovebug and has a silly Siamese-like meow. He purrs as soon as he sees you and loves to follow you around the house. He is a lapcat and loves to snuggle, He gets along well with other cats, kittens, and cat-friendly dogs and loves to watch a movie or any kind of tv with you.Kermit is dewormed, had his FVRCP vaccine and a booster, his rabies vaccine, is neutered, combo tested negative, and is microchipped with a lifetime registration. You won't need to pay to  reregister every year, we've done it for you! Interested in a lovebug og your own? Please fill out a digital application at: https://submit.jotform.com/221029453063044August 16, 2025, 2:08 am

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Kermit, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
