Freyja

My story

Freyja is a chonky bundle of love who is looking for a permanent home, preferably one that has feather toys for her to stalk. She loves to play and will sometimes gather all her favorite toys and deposit them by a door to show off what a great hunter she is. Freyja loves people, especially the ones who give her cheek and head scritches. She’ll sometimes saunter over to us with a gentle “mraah,” and then stand resting on her back legs to push her head into our hands. Freyja doesn’t enjoy loud noises or chaos- she’s a lover, not a fighter. We think that the neighbors that abandoned were not kind to her, so she has some quirks; for example, she defaults to sleeping in uncomfortable places like hardwood floors instead of cat beds, and she’ll tense up if a human hand is coming towards her quickly. Despite all that, she has a heart of gold and still loves people and she gets along with other non-aggressive cats. Please consider adding her to your family.
